Diana Green is a performing artist, a writer and a money coach. She is the Founder of The Children’s Shakespeare Theatre and was the Artistic Director for the company’s first 21 years. She directed over 80 full-length productions and was also the fight choreographer and costume designer for the company. During her tenure, CST productions traveled as far as Fort Worth, TX and Stratford, Ontario. In 2016, CST was chosen to represent the entire USA at the World Festival of Children’s Theatre.
As a writer, Diana created short plays that were performed by members of the Phoenix Theatre Ensemble in Nyack. Her original scripts were also used to bring to life paintings by Edward Hopper at the Hopper House in Nyack. Diana’s one-woman play, Match.Mom, was accepted for the Edinburgh Fringe Festival 2020.
Currently, Diana is reinventing herself yet again since the pandemic brought theater to a standstill. She created a business called Girls Trade Too to teach young women how to trade in the stock market and create retirement income. She started two podcasts and is writing a book about her many adventures. She lives in Nyack, NY with her son, though she travels whenever possible.
