Jana Freiband is an award-winning artist who has studied and taught photography and design at several prominent institutions in the U.S. and abroad. She has published numerous articles on fine art and travel. She lives in Minnesota, USA.

Jana Freiband has been creatively involved in photography, as an artist, writer, teacher, and editorial contributor for newspapers, magazines, and print.

Landscape and portraiture has been ongoing photographic projects, at home in Minnesota as well as through international travels.

Currently working on Legends in Light a portfolio book of of photography imagery.
